About Us
We met back in 1993 working together as wildland firefighters in Yosemite National Park. We began dating in 1996 and then married in 1999 in the place we met and fell in love, Yosemite. We have been happily married for 10 years now. Our happiness comes from being best friends, knowing one another well, and having love for one another that has continued to deepen since the first time we said “I love you”.

In 2003 we had our daughter Elle. At the time Kerrie was a pediatric social worker at UC Davis Medical Center. Kerrie currently stays at home to raise Elle. Tim works as a firefighter with Oakland Fire Department. We are very fortunate that Tim’s job allows us to continue to have one parent at home and abundant family time together. As a family we spend our days playing soccer in the street, riding bikes, painting, throwing the ball with our dog (Nana), or just hanging out with our neighborhood friends. We take trips to the beach, fishing at the local lakes, hiking in the mountains, and camping. We are excited to see our child splash the ocean water for the first time or dig his/ her feet in the sand. Elle is excited to sing songs, read books and finger paint with her brother or sister. We hope to be able to make more great family memories with our children.
